Is poetryDesk a subscription?
No. poetryDesk is a one-time purchase. You buy a license and receive an offline license key.
Do I need an account?
No. The app is designed to be usable without an account. The webshop is only needed for purchase, receipt and license delivery.
Where are my poems stored?
Locally on your Mac. If you create backups, you decide where they are stored.
Can I import existing poems?
Yes. Import is part of the product promise, especially for existing collections and structured files.
Can I export my poems again?
Yes. Export is central, so your archive is not locked in and you stay independent.
What are the system requirements?
poetryDesk requires a Mac with macOS 26.2 or newer. Older macOS versions may not install or launch the app reliably.
